Since the beginning of time, the gods have told us that to the West lies the end of the world. Every man and ship who have sailed so far has fallen off the edge of the world. So many posters from my childhood show great sails falling over a cataract. I would muse over the Dawn Treader and my own travels. For me, the End of Days is both heat and darkness. There were droughts and harsh rays, but ultimately there would be darkness. Our star is far from eternal; our star will set, yet in our small way, before we finally breach our origins, I hope that all of us find real happiness.
