As a very amateur photographer, I really don't know that much about cameras. All those fancy specs, not a clue. Anyhow, here are the cameras I've used. Each has been well suited to my progression into photography, and I'll admit that this passion really took off when I got my first DSLR.

Comments: I bought this just before my Galapagos trip to use primarily for snorkeling. A word to the wise, buy a new camera long before the trip you want it for. I didn't know how to use it fully and ended up with fewer water shots than I would have liked. Great camera though.
